Designer at Apple

Designing the first Consumer-Facing Apple Repair Manual

As a designer working alongside the Apple Service and Documentation Team, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a small group of designers and technical writers to create the first consumer-facing repair manuals for Apple products. I developed a style guide and template that aligned with the Apple brand that could also be scaled across multiple products. This project was a challenging but rewarding experience that allowed me to showcase my skills in design and project management and my ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
